FAQs

EaStore tanks are designed as per design code AWWA 103, for seismic zone 4/5 and for a wind speed of 47m/s (approx. 170kmph)

Food Grade Liner can be used for storing drinking water in EaStore tanks.

No separate maintenance is required except for regular cleaning of the tank.

EaStore tanks use special steel grade which has a very superior corrosion resistance. However to ensure trouble free prolonged life of the tank, each tank of suitable volume is provided with anode protection against corrosion.

It depends on the capacity. For example, a 100,000 litre tank can be installed at site in less than 10 days. The time required is much lesser than conventional RCC tanks. Our expert team can get the site executed in few days.

For EaStore tanks, safety comes first. Each tank is provided with accessories like Man Hole Cover, External Ladder, Level Indicator, turbine ventilators, customized nozzles, internal ladder etc.

EaStore tanks can be easily erected on most difficult terrains, forests, hill tops, requires less erection time, are lighter to transport, can be dismantled and relocated, customized to any design, and can be used for several applications with minor modifications.

EaStore tanks are designed for a life of 30 years.

Sheet- ZincAlume coated as per IS 15961

Liner- PVC UV Stabilized, Anti-Algae (Food grade can be supplied for drinking water)

Trusses- Galvanized as pre IS 4759

EaStore tanks are available in capacities of 5000 litres to 5 Million litres. The chart enclosed will give the complete model-wise range of EaStore Tanks.

Yes, various models (PurAll 50, 50+, 50H, 100) are available, designed for capacities from small villages to larger community schemes, and can be chosen based on population and supply type. P50H is specifically designed for use with hand pumps only.

PurAll50H Specially designed for hand pump and suitable with Mark II and III hand pumps.

PurAll stands out for being low-cost, simple to install, non-electric, and virtually maintenance-free. It provides accurate dosing, immediate start/stop with water flow, long cartridge life, and enhanced safety. Compared to gas, liquid, or powder chlorination, PurAll ranks highly in affordability, reliability, and user- friendliness.

After installation of the device and initial adjustment of the bypass valve, the dosage is automatically
controlled by the design of the device and the cartridge’s low solubility, which maintains a steady chlorine
output proportional to water flow.

Yes, It is recommended and used in projects supported by government bodies such as the Ministry of Drinking Water, various Indian state governments, the World Bank, and several NGOs.

Installation is straightforward and can be completed in 15–90 minutes, depending on the model and site conditions. The device attaches externally to supply lines and usually requires minimal plumbing adjustments, with training provided for users or local technicians.

PurAll uses low-solubility, NSF/ANSI 60-certified chlorine tablets and offers fully automatic dosing based on water flow—unlike traditional methods that require frequent manual dosing, monitoring, electricity, or moving parts. PurAll only adds chlorine when water flows, preventing overdosing and chemical wastage.

PurAll is an online, non-electric water purification device that uses a specially designed chemical cartridge to deliver a controlled, automatic dose of chlorine for water disinfection

The primary difference is automation. A traditional station relies on human observers to manually read instruments and record data. AWS uses electronic sensors, a data logger, and telemetry to automatically measure, record, and transmit weather data, often reducing human involvement and enabling monitoring in remote areas.

An AWS can be configured to report data anywhere from real-time (every few seconds or minutes) to scheduled intervals (e.g., every hour or once a day), depending on user requirements.

The installation can take place either on a building or in an open outdoor space. To ensure proper functionality and safety, a minimum area of 8 feet by 8 feet is required for the installation. This allows for adequate room to accommodate all necessary components and ensures optimal performance.
